Study on the reduction of pressure ulcer incidence in neurosurgical critical patients with personalized predictive nursing model
个性化预见性护理模式降低神经外科重症术后压疮发生率的研究

摘要

目的 探讨个性化预见性护理模式对神经外科重症患者术后压疮发生率的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至12月收治的363例神经外科重症患者为对照组，实施常规护理；2025年1月至12月收治的484例患者为观察组，实施个性化预见性护理模式。比较两组压疮发生率及院外带入压疮愈合率。结果 观察组院内压疮发生率为0，显著低于对照组；观察组院外带入压疮愈合率为47.2%，高于对照组的13.3%。结论 个性化预见性护理模式能有效降低神经外科重症患者术后压疮发生率，促进既有压疮愈合。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of personalized predictive nursing model on the incidence of postoperative pressure ulcers in neurosurgical critical patients.
Methods A total of 363 neurosurgical critical patients admitted from January to December 2024 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care. From January to December 2025,484 patients were enrolled as the observation group and received personalized predictive nursing model. The incidence of pressure ulcers and the healing rate of off-site pressure ulcers were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of in-hospital pressure ulcers in the observation group was 0, significantly lower than that in the control group. The healing rate of off-site pressure ulcers in the observation group was 47.2%, higher than the 13.3% in the control group.
Conclusion   The personalized predictive nursing model can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pressure ulcers in neurosurgical critical patients and promote the healing of existing pressure ulcers.
