摘要
目的 研究综合护理干预措施应用于接受手术治疗的疝气患儿所产生的临床效果。方法 本研究纳入我院收治的70例接受手术治疗的疝气患儿作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其均衡分配至对照组（35例，实施常规护理）与研究组（35例，实施综合护理干预）。对比两组的干预效果。结果 与对照组相比较，研究组患儿术后首次离床活动时间及总体住院周期均呈现出显著缩短的特征，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受手术治疗的疝气患儿实施综合护理干预能够缩短其恢复周期。

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention measures applied to children with hernia undergoing surgical treatment. Methods In this study, 70 children with hernia who received surgical treatment in our hospital were included as the research subjects. They were evenly distributed to the control group (35 cases, receiving routine care) and the study group (35 cases, receiving comprehensive nursing intervention) by the random number table method. Compare the intervention effects of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time for the first out-of-bed activity and the overall hospital stay of the children in the study group after surgery were significantly shortened, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with hernia undergoing surgical treatment can shorten their recovery period.
