Analysis of the application effect of music therapy combined with strengthened rehabilitation care in patients with paralysis due to cerebral infarction
音乐疗法联合强化康复护理在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 将音乐疗法联合强化康复护理用于脑梗死偏瘫患者中，对其应用效果进行探究。方法 选取2024年7月-2025年7月太原市中医医院康复科收治的104例脑梗死偏瘫患者，随机分组，对照组52例行常规护理，观察组52例行音乐疗法联合强化康复护理，对两组干预结果进行比较。结果 干预前，两组FMA评分、BI评分比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更高（P<0.05）；干预前，HAMA、HAMD评分比较不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更低（P<0.05）。结论 对脑梗死偏瘫患者来说，应用音乐疗法联合强化康复护理既能提高肢体功能及日常生活活动能力，还可改善负面情绪，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of music therapy combined with enhanced rehabilitation care in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.
Methods 104 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (52 patients) received routine care, while the observation group (52 patients) received music therapy combined with enhanced rehabilitation care. The intervention results of the two groups were compared.
Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in FMA scores and BI scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each item in the observation group were higher (P < 0.05); before the intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores were not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each item in the observation group were lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia, applying music therapy combined with enhanced rehabilitation care can not only improve limb function and daily living ability, but also alleviate negative emotions, and has high application value.
