摘要
目的 考察分析人文关怀的个案管理延伸护理对宫颈癌术后患者的影响。方法 设计一项单盲临床试验，选取2024年1月至2025年12月本院收治的109例宫颈癌术后患者，采用随机数字表法划分，参照组（n=55，行常规护理），研究组（n=54，行人文关怀的个案管理延伸护理），最终对比不同护理方案下的疗效作用。结果 患者类型相同，采用护理方案不同，所得效果也随之不同，研究组在自我管理意识、生活质量、并发症发生率方面体现，均显优参照组，P＜0.05。结论 人文关怀的个案管理延伸护理通过个性化需求响应、持续性照护支持和情感赋能，为宫颈癌术后患者提供了优质、可靠的康复方案，不仅有效提高了患者自我管理能力和生活质量，还切实改善了患者负面情绪，降低了并发症发生概率，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To examine and analyze the impact of extended case management nursing with humanistic care on postoperative patients with cervical cancer. Methods Design a single-blind clinical trial. A total of 109 patients with cervical cancer after surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were enrolled and divided into groups using the random number table method. The reference group (n=55) received routine nursing, and the study group (n=54) received extended case management nursing with humanistic care. Finally, the therapeutic effects under different nursing schemes were compared. Results With the same patient type but different nursing schemes, the outcomes also differed. The study group showed significant advantages over the reference group in terms of self-management awareness, quality of life, and incidence of complications (P<0.05). Conclusion Extended case management nursing with humanistic care provides high-quality and reliable rehabilitation plans for postoperative patients with cervical cancer through personalized demand response, continuous care support, and emotional empowerment. It not only effectively improves patients' self-management ability and quality of life but also effectively alleviates negative emotions and reduces the probability of complications, which is worthy of promotion.
