The influence of personalized nursing intervention for elderly outpatients with herpes zoster on alleviating adverse psychology and pain perception
门诊老年带状疱疹患者个性化护理干预对缓解不良心理与疼痛感的影响

摘要

目的 分析门诊老年带状疱疹患者应用个性化护理干预对缓解不良心理与疼痛感的影响。方法 以2024年8月至2025年8月前来我院门诊就诊的80例老年带状疱疹患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，每组均为40例，给予对照组门诊常规护理干预，实验组应用个性化护理干预，比较两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的疼痛程度、不良心理状态和护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 个性化护理干预在门诊老年带状疱疹患者中的应用，有助于缓解患者的疼痛感，改善焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of personalized nursing intervention on alleviating adverse psychology and pain perception in elderly outpatients with herpes zoster.
Methods Eighty elderly patients with herpes zoster who visited the outpatient department of our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine outpatient nursing intervention, while the experimental group was given personalized nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The degree of pain, adverse psychological state and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of personalized nursing intervention in elderly outpatients with herpes zoster helps relieve patients' pain, improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
