The impact of comfortable nursing on the quality of life in patients with gastric ulcer bleeding
舒适护理对胃溃疡出血患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究舒适护理用于胃溃疡出血病患时对其生活质量产生的影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月我院接诊的70名胃溃疡出血病患，借助随机数表法划分成舒适护理组与常规护理组，每组各35名病患。常规护理组采取胃溃疡出血常规护理干预手段，舒适护理组则在常规护理前提下运用舒适护理模式，对比两组病患护理前后生活质量评分以及护理后的舒适度状况。结果 护理前两组生活质量评分没有明显不同（P＞0.05）；护理后，舒适护理组生活质量评分比常规护理组更高，同时舒适度优良率比常规护理组更高，两项差异都具备统计学层面的意义（P＜0.05）。结论 舒适护理能够有效提升胃溃疡出血病患的生活质量与舒适度，有着临床推广运用的价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of comfortable nursing on the quality of life of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding
Methods From January 2024 to December 2024, 70 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were selected from our hospital, and divided into the comfortable nursing group and the routine nursing group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The routine nursing group adopted the routine nursing intervention measures for gastric ulcer, and the comfortable nursing group applied the comfortable nursing model on the basis of routine nursing, comparing the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing and the status after nursing.
Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); after nursing, the quality of life scores of the comfortable nursing group were higher than those of the routine nursing group, and the excellent rate of comfort was higher than that of the routine nursing group, and both were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comfortable nursing can effectively improve the quality of life and comfort of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding, has the value of clinical promotion and application.
