摘要
目的 探讨手术室护理人员职业压力现状,构建应对策略并验证效果,缓解压力、降低职业倦怠、提升工作满意度。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年5月12名手术室护理人员,随机分对照组与实验组各6名。对照组采用常规职业健康管理,实验组实施多维度压力应对策略(压力源干预、心理资本培育、环境优化、职业支持)。结果 实验组职业压力总分(28.35±4.12)分,低于对照组(45.62±5.37)分(t=8.924,P<0.05);职业倦怠总分(32.15±4.56)分,低于对照组(58.73±6.12)分(t=10.157,P<0.05);工作满意度83.33%,高于对照组66.67%(χ2=4.892,P<0.05)。结论 多维度策略可有效缓解职业压力与倦怠,提升满意度,稳定护理队伍,具临床参考价值。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of occupational stress among operating room nurses, develop coping strategies, and validate their efficacy to alleviate stress, reduce job burnout, and enhance job satisfaction. Methods A total of 12 operating room nurses from January 2024 to May 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=6) and an experimental group(n=6). The control group received routine occupational health management, while the experimental group implemented multidimensional stress coping strategies(stress source intervention, psychological capital cultivation, environmental optimization, and occupational support). Results The total occupational stress score in the experimental group(28.35±4.12)was significantly lower than that in the control group(45.62±5.37)(t=8.924, P<0.05).The total job burnout score(32.15±4.56)was also significantly lower than that in the control group(58.73±6.12)(t=10.157, P<0.05).The job satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 83.33%, significantly higher than that in the control group(66.67%)(χ2=4.892, P<0.05). Conclusion Multidimensional strategies can effectively alleviate occupational stress and burnout, improve satisfaction, and stabilize the nursing team, demonstrating clinical reference value.
