The impact of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) Nursing combined with humanistic care on anesthesia recovery quality and postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy
快速康复外科护理联合人文关怀对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉苏醒质量及术后并发症的影响

摘要

目的 探讨快速康复外科护理联合人文关怀对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉苏醒质量及术后并发症的影响。方法 研究纳入的观察对象为2024年1月-2025年12月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的老年患者，共计48例。采用随机数字表法，将上述入选病例划分为对照组与实验组两个平行组别。对照组采取常规护理，实验组实施快速康复外科护理联合人文关怀。对比两组患者的苏醒质量、术后并发症发生率。结果 实验组患者在苏醒时间、拔管时间、Aldrete评分上均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组患者术后24小时内发生恶心呕吐、切口感染、尿潴留、腹胀等并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理联合人文关怀可有效提升老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉苏醒质量，降低术后并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of rapid recovery surgical nursing combined with humanistic care on the quality of anesthesia recovery and postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Methods A total of 48 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were enrolled. Using a random number table method, the selected cases were divided into two parallel groups: the control group and the experimental group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the experimental group received rapid recovery surgical nursing combined with humanistic care. The quality of recovery and postoperative complication rates were compared between the two groups.
Results The experimental group exhibited superior performance in terms of recovery time, extubation time, and Aldrete recovery scores compared to the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications such as nausea and vomiting, incision infection, urinary retention, and abdominal distension within 24 hours was lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Rapid recovery surgical nursing combined with humanistic care can effectively improve the quality of anesthesia recovery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
