摘要
目的 讨论及研究老年综合评估导向的针对性护理对老年血管性痴呆患者认知功能、护理质量的影响。方法 选择2024年6月至2025年5月于我院接受治疗的80例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组为常规护理，实验组为综合评估导向的针对性护理，对比两组患者的精神状态（MMSE）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）、护理质量。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者的精神状态优于对照组，p<0.05，实验组患者的认知功能更佳，p<0.05，判断护理质量，实验组更高，p<0.05。结论 对老年血管性痴呆患者提供老年综合评估导向的针对性护理，可以改善患者的认知功能，提高患者的护理质量，改善患者的精神状态，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of comprehensive assessment-oriented targeted nursing care on cognitive function and nursing quality in elderly patients with vascular dementia. Methods A total of 80 patients treated at our hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (40 patients) and an experimental group (40 patients). The control group received standard nursing care, while the experimental group received comprehensive assessment-oriented targeted nursing care. The two groups were compared in terms of mental status (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), and nursing quality. Results After receiving different interventions, the experimental group demonstrated significantly better mental status (p<0.05) and cognitive function (p<0.05) compared to the control group. Nursing quality was also significantly higher in the experimental group (p<0.05). Conclusion Providing comprehensive assessment-oriented targeted nursing care for elderly patients with vascular dementia can improve cognitive function, enhance nursing quality, and improve mental status. This approach is recommended for clinical implementation.
