Practical research on the application of full-course standard nursing in peripheral venous indwelling needles for orthopedic patients
全程化标准护理在骨科患者外周静脉留置针应用中的实践研究

摘要

目的 分析全程化标准护理在骨科患者外周静脉留置针应用中的实践效果。方法 选择我院在2024年8月份至2025年8月份收治的80例患者进行研究，用随机平衡法分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组为常规管理，实验组患者为全程化标准化护理，对比两组患者的平均留置时间、并发症发生率以及疼痛程度。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者的平均留置时间更长，p<0.05，对比患者的并发症发生率，实验组更低，p<0.05，判断患者的疼痛程度，实验组更轻，p<0.05。结论 对骨科患者外周静脉留置针期间提供全程化标准护理，可以增加患者的留置时间，降低并发症产生，减轻患者的疼痛程度，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical effect of full-course standard nursing in the application of peripheral venous indwelling needles in orthopedic patients.
Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by the balanced random method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine management, while the experimental group received full-course standardized care. The average indwelling time, complication rate and pain degree of the two groups were compared.
Results After providing different intervention measures to the two groups of patients, the average indwelling time of the patients in the experimental group was longer, p<0.05. Compared with the incidence of complications in the patients, the incidence in the experimental group was lower, p<0.05. Judging the degree of pain in the patients, the incidence in the experimental group was milder, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing full-course standard care for orthopedic patients during the period of peripheral venous indwelling needles can increase the indwelling time of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and alleviate the degree of pain of patients. It is worthy of promotion.
