Observation on the application effect of pain nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for cholecystitis in the anesthesia recovery room
疼痛护理干预在麻醉复苏室老年胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察疼痛护理干预在麻醉复苏室老年胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法 研究样本为我院收治的66例老年胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者，研究起止时段为2023年10月-2025年3月。随机分为观察组（疼痛护理，33例）和对照组（常规护理，33例）。对比两组术后康复指标、疼痛及心理状态评分，统计并发症发生情况。结果 相较于对照组，观察组排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间均更短，疼痛及心理状态评分更低[（2.77±0.64）分、（13.12±1.50）分vs（4.01±0.89）分、（16.84±1.63）分]，差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组并发症较对照组少（P<0.05）。结论 观察疼痛护理能减轻麻醉复苏室老年胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者的术后疼痛，改善患者的心理状态，促进术后恢复，还能减少并发症的发生，建议推广与使用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of pain nursing intervention in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for cholecystitis in the anesthesia recovery room.
Methods The research samples were 66 elderly patients with cholecystitis who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital. The study period was from October 2023 to March 2025. They were randomly divided into the observation group (pain care, 33 cases) and the control group (conventional care, 33 cases). The postoperative rehabilitation indicators, pain and psychological state scores of the two groups were compared, and the occurrence of complications was statistically analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the recovery time of exhaust, defecation, bowel sounds and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter, and the scores of pain and psychological state were lower [(2.77±0.64) points, (13.12±1.50) points vs (4.01±0.89) points, (16.84±1.63) points], with significant differences (P<0.05). The complications in the observation group were fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Observing pain care can alleviate postoperative pain in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for cholecystitis in the anesthesia recovery room, improve their psychological state, promote postoperative recovery, and reduce the occurrence of complications. It is recommended for promotion and application.
