The application effect of holistic nursing intervention in perianal infection after chemotherapy for leukemia
整体护理干预在白血病化疗后肛周感染中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究针对白血病患者化疗后所出现的肛周感染状况中整体护理干预措施所能发挥的应用成效。方法 本研究纳入我院收治的70例白血病化疗后肛周感染患者作为研究对象。运用随机数字表法将研究对象均衡划分为两组，其中对照组35例予以常规护理措施；研究组35例实施整体护理干预方案。对两组的干预成效展开对比分析。结果 相较于对照组而言，研究组患者的肛周感染出现概率呈现出显著下降趋势，并且在生活质量的各个维度评分方面，研究组均明显优于对照组，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在白血病化疗后肛周感染患者中实施整体护理干预可有效降低患者肛周感染发生风险，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of holistic nursing intervention measures in the perianal infection status that occurs in leukemia patients after chemotherapy.
Methods In this study, 70 patients with perianal infection after chemotherapy for leukemia admitted to our hospital were included as the research subjects. Using a random number table method, the study subjects were evenly divided into two groups. The control group, consisting of 35 cases, received routine nursing care, while the study group, also with 35 cases, received an overall nursing intervention program. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of perianal infections in patients in the study group showed a significant downward trend, and in terms of scores across various dimensions of quality of life, the study group was significantly better than the control group, with the differences between the groups being statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing holistic nursing intervention in patients with perianal infection after chemotherapy for leukemia can effectively reduce the risk of perianal infection and improve the quality of life of patients.
