Clinical application of bundled nursing interventions in patients with acute pancreatitis
集束化护理干预在急性胰腺炎患者中的临床应用

摘要

目的 探讨集束化护理干预在急性胰腺炎（AP）患者中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2024年7月至2025年7月期间在我院收治的急性胰腺炎患者50例，采用随机数字表法分为常规护理组与集束化护理组，各25例。常规组给予基础护理；集束化组在此基础上实施系统化护理干预。结果 集束化护理组腹痛缓解时间（32.6±8.8）d、血清淀粉酶恢复时间（5.22±1.33）d、住院时间（10.35±2.16）d均明显短于常规护理组（46.9±10.6 d、7.85±1.68 d、14.27±2.55 d）（P＜0.001）；并发症发生率为8.0%，显著低于常规护理组24.0%（P＜0.05）；护理满意度达96.0%，高于常规组的80.0%（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理通过将循证护理措施整合为系统化干预体系，该模式在强化护理连续性、优化治疗流程及改善预后方面具有显著优势，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bundled nursing interventions in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP).
Methods From July 2024 to July 2025, 50 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a routine care group and a bundled care group, with 25 cases in each group. The routine care group received basic care; the bundled care group received systematic nursing interventions on top of basic care.
Results The bundled care group showed significantly shorter times to abdominal pain relief (32.6 ± 8.8 hours), serum amylase recovery (5.22 ± 1.33 days), and hospital stay (10.35 ± 2.16 days) compared to the routine care group (46.9 ± 10.6 hours, 7.85 ± 1.68 days, 14.27 ± 2.55 days) (P<0.001). The incidence of complications was 8.0%, significantly lower than the 24.0% in the routine care group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction reached 96.0%, higher than 80.0% in the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Bundled nursing, by integrating evidence-based nursing measures into a systematic intervention system, shows significant advantages in enhancing continuity of care, optimizing treatment processes, and improving prognosis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
