环节质量控制护理在妇产科住院患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 深入探讨环节质量控制护理在妇产科住院患者中的应用效果。方法 研究对象均选自2023年5月至2024年5月妇产科收治的住院患者，人数共计86例。采用数字表划分法进行组间分配，参照组（n=43）：行常规护理，研究组（n=43）：行常规护理+环节质量控制护理，而后对两组医院感染发生率、住院时间、护理质量评分、护理满意度实施评价比对，阐述说明。结果 统计学分析后发现，研究组患者在上述各项指标数值的体现均显优参照组（P＜0.05），以95.35％∶72.09％的满意度比例将试验价值体现，值得探讨。结论 在妇产科住院患者临床护理方案的横向选择中，建议优先采用联合干预模式，不仅能有效降低医院感染发生率，缩短住院时间，提高护理质量评分，同时还可极大增进护患友谊，提高患者对护理工作的满意程度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of quality control nursing in obstetrics and gynecology in hospitalized patients.
Methods A total of 86 hospitalized patients admitted to obstetrics and gynecology departments from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as subjects. The study employed a digital table classification method for group allocation, with reference group (n=43) receiving standard care and research group (n=43) receiving combined standard care with environmental quality control nursing. Comparative evaluations were conducted on hospital infection rates, length of stay, nursing quality scores, and patient satisfaction levels.
Results Statistical analysis demonstrated that patients in the research group exhibited significantly better performance across all indicators compared to the reference group (P<0.05). With a satisfaction rate of 95.35% vs. 72.09%, the intervention showed notable clinical value worthy of promotion.
Conclusion   In clinical nursing protocols for obstetrics and gynecology patients, prioritizing integrated intervention models is recommended. This approach not only effectively reduces hospital infection rates and shortens hospital stays while improving nursing quality scores, but also enhances nurse-patient relationships and patient satisfaction, making it a clinically valuable strategy worthy of widespread adoption.
