加速康复外科理念护理模式对胫骨平台骨折患者手术室护理干预的影响

摘要

目的 分析加速康复外科理念护理模式对胫骨平台骨折患者手术室护理干预的影响。方法 我院2024年2月至2025年2月期间收治的胫骨平台骨折患者，共计人数60例，以随机分组方式均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（加速康复外科理念护理模式），对两组患者各项指标数据进行收集整理，采用统计学方法对比分析其应用价值。结果 观察组的手术相关参数及术后恢复指标均优于对照组，生活质量与护理满意度均高于对照组，组间差异经统计学检验具有显著意义（P<0.05）。结论 将加速康复外科理念应用于胫骨平台骨折患者的手术室护理，能有效缩短手术相关指标，加快术后恢复速度，保障患者生活质量，提升护理满意度，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) concept nursing model on perioperative nursing intervention in patients with tibial plateau fractures.
Methods From February 2024 to February 2025, 60 patients with tibial plateau fractures were admitted to our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (routine care) and the observation group (ERAS concept nursing model). Data on various indicators of both groups were collected and organized, and statistical methods were used to compare and analyze their application value.
Results The observation group showed better surgical-related parameters and postoperative recovery indicators than the control group. Both quality of life and nursing satisfaction were higher in the observation group, with statistically significant differences between the groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Applying the ERAS concept to perioperative nursing for patients with tibial plateau fractures can effectively shorten surgical-related indicators, accelerate postoperative recovery, ensure patients’ quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction, demonstrating its value for broader application.
