摘要
目的 分析一体化透灌联合管路(专利号:ZI,202022411152.4)在血液透析中降低医院感染方面的护理效果。方法 研究病例为血液净化治疗患者,于管路优化前(2023年1月至12月)、优化后(2024年1月至12月)分别选取2908例、3025例患者,分别纳入对照组、研究组。对比两组的不良事件发生情况、操作时间消耗情况。结果 研究组的医院感染发生率、体外循环凝血发生率、管路安装时间、预冲时间的数值相较于对照组均更小,且组间对比均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组无空气栓塞情况以及中断时间的消耗。结论 在血液透析的护理中,采用一体化透灌联合管路,能够降低不良事件的风险以及提高护理工作效率。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of integrated infusion combined with tubing (patent number: ZI, 202022411152.4) in reducing hospital infections during hemodialysis. Methods 2908 patients and 3025 patients were selected before pipeline optimization (January to December 2023) and after pipeline optimization (January to December 2024), respectively, and were included in the control group and the study group. The incidence of adverse events and operation time consumption of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of nosocomial infection, the incidence of coagulation during cardiopulmonary bypass, pipeline installation time and pre flushing time in the study group were smaller, and there were statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The study group had no air embolism and the consumption of interruption time. Conclusion In the nursing of hemodialysis, the use of integrated permeable irrigation combined with pipeline can reduce the risk of adverse events and improve the efficiency of nursing work.
