Application of exercise rehabilitation training combined with complication prevention nursing on the quality of life in hemodialysis patients with renal failure
运动康复训练联合并发症预防护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者生存质量的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨运动康复训练联合并发症预防护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者生存质量的影响。方法 选择我院2023年10月至2025年10月收治的70例肾衰竭血液透析患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序分为对照组（n=35）与观察组（n=35），对照组采用常规血液透析护理，观察组在此基础上采用运动康复训练联合并发症预防护理。对比两组患者护理前后的生存质量，并明确两组并发症发生率的差异性。结果 观察组护理后的生存质量优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为8.57%，低于对照组的28.57%（P＜0.05）。结论 在肾衰竭血液透析患者中，运动康复训练联合并发症预防护理有利于改善其生存质量，减少感染、低血压等并发症，临床应用价值较大。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of exercise rehabilitation training combined with complication prevention nursing on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with renal failure.
Methods 70 patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group (n=35) and an observation group (n=35) according to the admission order. The control group received routine hemodialysis nursing, while the observation group received exercise rehabilitation training combined with complication prevention nursing on this basis. Compare the quality of life of two groups of patients before and after nursing care, and clarify the difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.
Results The quality of life of the observation group after nursing was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.57%, which was lower than the 28.57% in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In patients with renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, the combination of exercise rehabilitation training and complication prevention nursing is beneficial for improving their quality of life, reducing complications such as infection and hypotension, and has significant clinical application value.
