Observation of the effectiveness of targeted nursing model in the care of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding
针对性护理模式在异常子宫出血患者护理中的效果观察

摘要

目的 对异常子宫出血患者症状、情绪以及生活质量方面，观察针对性护理所产生的改善效果情况。方法 在2024年10月至2025年10月期间于我院挑选出42例患者，把这些患者随机分成对照组和实验组，对照组21例患者接受常规护理，实验组21例患者则实施针对性护理，对照组开展常规护理工作，实验组进行针对性护理操作，对两组患者干预前后的出血时间、出血量以及不良情绪变化情况进行对比，运用统计学方法分析数据之间的差异，以此来评估针对性护理所产生的临床效果。结果 实验组干预后出血时间、出血量较对照组显著减少，焦虑、抑郁情绪评分降低更明显，两组差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），针对性护理效果优于常规护理。结论 对异常子宫出血患者实施针对性护理，可切实有效地缩短其出血时间，同时减少出血量，缓解患者不良情绪，最终提升护理效果以及患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the improvement effects of targeted nursing on symptoms, emotions, and quality of life in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.
Methods From October 2024 to October 2025, 42 patients were selected from our hospital and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group (21 patients) received routine nursing care, while the experimental group (21 patients) received targeted nursing. The bleeding duration, blood loss, and emotional changes were compared before and after the intervention in both groups. Statistical methods were used to analyze the differences in data to evaluate the clinical effects of targeted nursing.
Results After the intervention, the experimental group showed significantly shorter bleeding duration and reduced blood loss compared to the control group. Anxiety and depression scores also decreased more markedly in the experimental group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The targeted nursing approach demonstrated superior efficacy compared to routine nursing.
Conclusion   Implementing targeted nursing for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can effectively shorten bleeding duration, reduce blood loss, alleviate negative emotions, and ultimately improve nursing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
