急诊科护理风险管理对护理质量及患者满意度的影响研究

摘要

目的 探讨研究急诊科护理风险管理对护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2024年12月期间急诊科收治的80例患者为研究对象,患者例数随机分为常规组和观察组,每组均有40例。根据护理模式不同,常规组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施风险管理护理干预。并对比两组护理质量(基础护理、技术操作质量、急救仪器药品管理、消毒隔离、护理文书书写、病情观察与评估、护患沟通)及患者满意度情况。结果 干预后,观察组护理质量各项评分均显著提升,护理满意度也显著提高,均优质于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 护理风险管理可有效提升急诊科护理质量与患者满意度,具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing risk management in the emergency department on nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. According to the different nursing models, the conventional group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received risk management nursing interventions in addition to the routine care. The nursing quality (including basic nursing, technical operation quality, management of emergency instruments and medications, disinfection and isolation, nursing documentation, condition observation and assessment, nurse-patient communication) and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the scores for all aspects of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly improved, and nursing satisfaction was also significantly higher. Both were superior to those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (p< 0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing risk management can effectively improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the emergency department, demonstrating value for clinical promotion and application.
