摘要
目的 讨论及研究药食同源方案对胆囊结石术后患者营养状态的影响。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为80例,时间为2025年1月份至2025年11月份,通过随机分组分成A组和B组,每组40例患者,A组常规营养管理,B组为药食同源方案,分析两组患者的营养状况、生活质量以及睡眠质量。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后,B组患者的营养状态优于A组,p<0.05,分析患者的生活质量,B组高于A组,对比患者睡眠质量,B组优于A组,p<0.05。结论 对胆囊结石术后患者提供方案管理,药食同源方案对胆囊结石术后患者可以改善患者的营养状态,提升其生活质量和睡眠质量,值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of the medicinal food co-origin approach on nutritional status in patients post-cholecystolithotomy. Methods A total of 80 patients were enrolled in this study from January 2025 to November 2025. Participants were randomly divided into two groups (Group A and Group B), each containing 40 patients. Group A received standard nutritional management, while Group B was administered the medicinal food co-origin protocol. Nutritional status, quality of life, and sleep quality were analyzed between the two groups. Results After receiving different interventions, Group B demonstrated significantly better nutritional status (p<0.05) compared to the control group. Quality of life scores were higher in Group B than in Group A, and sleep quality was also superior in Group B (p<0.05). Conclusion Implementing the medicinal food co-origin approach for post-cholecystolithotomy patients can improve nutritional status, enhance quality of life, and optimize sleep quality. This evidence-based intervention is recommended for clinical implementation.
