摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理在慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者中的应用效果，分析其对患者心理状态、治疗依从性、心功能及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2023年3月-2024年3月在本院收治80例慢性心衰患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加人文关怀护理干预。比较治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，观察组治疗依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理可有效改善慢性心衰患者负性情绪，提高治疗依从性，促进心功能恢复，提升护理满意度，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), and to analyze its influence on patients' psychological state, treatment compliance, cardiac function and nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received additional humanistic care nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. Compare treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with chronic heart failure, enhance treatment compliance, promote the recovery of cardiac function, and increase nursing satisfaction. It has clinical promotion value.
