Observation of the effect of narrative nursing in the care of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated by diabetes
肝硬化合并糖尿病患者护理中应用叙事护理的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析肝硬化合并糖尿病患者护理中应用叙事护理的效果。方法 选取我院2023年1月至2025年10月期间收治肝硬化合并糖尿病患者，共计人数60例，按照随机区分组分为观察组与对照组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以叙事护理干预，两组对血糖水平及肝功能指标进行比较。结果 观察组空腹血糖：6.52±0.18、餐后2H血糖：9.51±1.12、糖化血红蛋白：6.84±0.54，分别低于对照组；观察组谷丙转氨酶（ALT）：65.23±8.18，谷草转氨酶（AST）：60.22±7.42、总胆红素（TBIL）：25.31±4.18，分别低于对照组，组间对比P＜0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 叙事护理在肝硬化合并糖尿病患者应用价值高，控制血糖水平，降低肝功能指标，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of applying narrative nursing in the care of patients with cirrhosis combined with diabetes.
Methods A total of 60 patients with cirrhosis combined with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to October 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received narrative nursing intervention. Blood glucose levels and liver function indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had fasting blood glucose of 6.52±0.18, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of 9.51±1.12, and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of 6.84±0.54, all lower than the control group. The observation group also had alanine aminotransferase (ALT) of 65.23±8.18, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) of 60.22±7.42, and total bilirubin (TBIL) of 25.31±4.18, all lower than the control group, with intergroup comparison yielding P<0.05, indicating statistical significance.
Conclusion   Narrative nursing has high application value in patients with cirrhosis combined with diabetes, effectively controlling blood glucose levels and reducing liver function indicators, making it suitable for promotion.
