优质护理作用于中医科慢性疼痛患者效果

摘要

目的 分析中医科慢性疼痛患者应用优质护理的效果。方法 以我院中医科收治的50例慢性疼痛患者作为研究对象，时间为2024年10月-2025年1月，应用随机数字表法分成两组，对照组与实验组均为25例，比较两组的护理效果。结果 实验组的疼痛程度、中医症状积分、生活质量评分和护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理作用于中医科慢性疼痛患者，可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度，改善中医临床症状，提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度，应用价值高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with chronic pain in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Methods Fifty patients with chronic pain admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects from October 2024 to January 2025. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 25 cases in both the control group and the experimental group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The pain degree, TCM symptom score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality nursing applied to patients with chronic pain in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively reduce the pain level of patients, improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, enhance the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, and has high application value.
