无痛护理管理体系在骨科护理中的应用

摘要

目的 构建骨科无痛护理管理体系，探讨其在临床护理中的应用效果。方法 纳入100例2022年1月-2023年1月我院老年肿瘤患者进行研究，患者放射治疗期间对其进行护理干预，借助电脑以盲选均分的方式将患者分组。实施常规骨科护理者纳入对照组，实施无痛护理管理体系者纳入观察组。比较两组区别护理效果。结果 观察组术后NRS评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组首次下床活动时间、住院时长均显著短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 无痛护理管理体系可有效减轻骨科患者术后疼痛，加速康复进程，降低并发症发生率，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To establish a painless nursing management system in orthopedics and explore its application effect in clinical nursing.
Methods A total of 100 elderly cancer patients in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included in the study. During radiotherapy, nursing intervention was provided to the patients, and they were grouped by computer through blind selection and average scoring. Those who received conventional orthopedic care were included in the control group, and those who implemented the painless nursing management system were included in the observation group. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.
Results The NRS scores of the observation group after the operation were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The time of first getting out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The painless nursing management system can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in orthopedic patients, accelerate the rehabilitation process, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
