摘要
目的 探究将基于5E康复模式下的护理干预措施应用于老年慢性心衰患者中的实际效果与价值。方法 本研究选择2024年5月至2025年5月期间纳入我院的70例老年慢性心衰患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分配至对照组（35例，采用常规护理）与研究组（35例，采用基于5E康复模式下的护理干预）。对两组的护理干预效果展开对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组患者的心功能各项指标均呈现出更为显著的优化态势，同时该组患者的生活质量评分也大幅高于对照组，组间差异经统计学分析具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对老年慢性心力衰竭患者开展基于5E康复模式下的护理干预措施，能够显著优化患者的心功能相关指标，并提升其日常生活质量水平。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the practical effects and value of applying nursing interventions based on the 5E rehabilitation model in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods This study selected 70 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 as research subjects. They were randomly assigned using a random number table to the control group (35 cases, receiving conventional care) and the study group (35 cases, receiving nursing interventions based on the 5E rehabilitation model). The effects of nursing interventions in the two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group showed significantly better cardiac function-related indicators, and their quality of life scores were noticeably higher, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing nursing interventions based on the 5E rehabilitation model for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve their cardiac function indicators, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
