The effect of bio-psycho-social nursing model intervention on cancer-related fatigue and adverse reactions in advanced pancreatic cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy
基于生物-心理-社会的护理模式干预对晚期胰腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏及不良反应的影响

摘要

目的 探讨基于生物-心理-社会（BPS）护理模式干预对晚期胰腺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏（CRF）及化疗不良反应的影响。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2025年8月接受化疗的晚期胰腺癌患者60例。按随机数字表法分组（均分），对照组采用常规化疗护理，研究组实施为期8周的BPS模式创新性干预。比较两组干预效果。结果 干预后，研究组RPFS生理、情感、认知、行为维度评分及总分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、神经毒性等不良反应发生率及严重程度均低于对照组（P<0.05。结论 BPS模式下的创新性护理干预可有效缓解晚期胰腺癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏，降低化疗不良反应风险，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of intervention based on the bio-psycho-social (BPS) nursing model on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and adverse chemotherapy reactions in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
Methods Sixty patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected. The groups were grouped according to the random number table method (average score). The control group received conventional chemotherapy care, while the study group implemented an innovative intervention of the BPS model for an 8-week period. Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.
Results After the intervention, the scores of the physiological, emotional, cognitive, behavioral dimensions and the total score of RPFS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence and severity of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, bone marrow suppression, and neurotoxicity in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The innovative nursing intervention under the BPS model can effectively alleviate cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer undergoing chemotherapy, reduce the risk of adverse reactions to chemotherapy, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
