The effect of early exercise rehabilitation training on cardiac rehabilitation in patients after acute myocardial infarction PCI
早期运动康复训练在急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者心脏康复中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者应用早期运动康复训练的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年10月至我院就诊的58例急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者。应用Excel表格随机分组法均分为研究组（早期运动康复训练+常规康复护理）、基础组（常规康复护理），n=29。组间对比凝血功能、心功能和生活质量。结果 研究组的凝血功能、心功能均优于基础组（P<0.05）；研究组生活质量高于基础组（P<0.05）。结论 早期运动康复训练能够改善急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者的凝血功能，提高心功能和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of early exercise rehabilitation training in patients after PCI for acute myocardial infarction.
Methods A total of 58 patients who underwent PCI for acute myocardial infarction and were admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to October 2025 were selected. They were randomly divided into a study group (early exercise rehabilitation training + routine rehabilitation care) and a control group (routine rehabilitation care) using an Excel spreadsheet method, with n=29 in each group. Coagulation function, cardiac function, and quality of life were compared between the groups.
Results The study group showed superior coagulation function and cardiac function compared to the control group (P<0.05); the study group also demonstrated higher quality of life (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early exercise rehabilitation training can improve coagulation function, enhance cardiac function, and improve quality of life in patients after PCI for acute myocardial infarction.
