Research on the improvement of anxiety and depression in patients with bipolar disorder by psychological nursing
心理护理对双相情感障碍患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的改善研究

摘要

目的 分析双相情感障碍患者采取心理护理对其焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响。方法 本次研究对象为66例双相情感障碍患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月。以随机数字表法分为常规组及实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者在上述基础上采取心理护理，每组33例。对两组负面情绪评分及护理满意度予以评价。结果 护理后与常规组比较，实验组负面情绪评分显低（P<0.05），实验组护理满意度显高（P<0.05）。结论 双相情感障碍患者采取心理护理有助于减轻其焦虑与抑郁情绪，提高其护理满意度，此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with bipolar disorder.
Methods The subjects of this study were 66 patients with bipolar disorder, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with the former receiving routine care and the latter receiving psychological care based on the above, with 33 cases in each group. Evaluate the negative emotion scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly lower negative emotion scores (P<0.05) and higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05) after nursing care.
Conclusion   Psychological nursing for patients with bipolar disorder can help alleviate their anxiety and depression, improve their nursing satisfaction, and this method is worth promoting.
