摘要
目的 分析饮食管理联合自我监测护理在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2022年3月—2024年3月医院收治78例溃疡性结肠炎患者为例,计算机随机数字表法分组。对照组以常规护理干预为主要,观察组采用常规护理+饮食管理联合自我监测护理。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理满意度数据观察组高于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著。组间患者DAI评分、IBDQ评分护理前对比无差异性,即P>0.05。护理后,观察组DAI评分、IBDQ评分更高,与对照组相比差异显著,P<0.05。结论 饮食管理联合自我监测护理可提升溃疡性结肠炎患者护理成效,减轻疾病活动程度,改善患者预后生活质量。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of diet management combined with self-monitoring care in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 78 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into groups using a computer-generated random number table. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group received conventional nursing plus diet management combined with self-monitoring care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05, with a significant difference. There was no significant difference in the DAI score and IBDQ score between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05. After nursing, the DAI score and IBDQ score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with a significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion Diet management combined with self-monitoring care can improve the nursing effect of patients with ulcerative colitis, reduce the degree of disease activity, and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
