Application value and psychological impact analysis of targeted operating room nursing in total hip arthroplasty
针对性手术室护理在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用价值及心理状态影响分析

摘要

目的 探究针对性手术室护理干预在人工全髋关节置换术中的实践应用价值并分析其对患者心理状态的影响。方法 本研究选择2023年至2024年期间纳入我院的50例接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分配至对照组（25例，采用常规手术室护理）与研究组（25例，采用针对性手术室护理）。对比两组的干预效果。结果 相较于对照组，研究组患者的术中输血量、术中输液量均显著减少，手术操作时长明显缩短，且焦虑情绪评分与抑郁情绪评分亦显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对行人工全髋关节置换术的患者开展针对性手术室护理干预，可有效减少手术操作所需时间，并且有助于缓解患者的不良心理情绪。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical application value of targeted operating room nursing interventions in total hip arthroplasty and analyze their impact on patients' psychological states.
Methods This study selected 50 patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty at our hospital from 2023 to 2024 as the research subjects. They were randomly assigned using a random number table into a control group (25 patients, receiving conventional operating room care) and a study group (25 patients, receiving targeted operating room care). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared to the control group, the patients in the study group had significantly reduced intraoperative blood transfusion and fluid infusion volumes, noticeably shorter surgical operation times, and significantly lower anxiety and depression scores, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Conducting targeted operating room nursing interventions for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty can effectively reduce the time required for surgical procedures and help alleviate patients' negative psychological emotions.
