摘要
目的 基于“互联网+护理服务”的全膝关节置换患者随访方案的应用。方法 本次研究对象人数共72例，均为我院全膝关节置换术治疗病人，实验时间为2024年1月-2024年6月，随机分为两组（对照组与干预组，n=36），护理模式为前者实施常规随访；后者实施基于“互联网+护理服务”的随访方案，之后对两组患者护理效果进行对比分析。结果 干预组患者膝关节功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预后自我效能数值比较，干预组比对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预后生活质量数值比较，干预组比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 针对全膝关节置换术患者来说，采取基于“互联网+护理服务”的随访方案，效果极佳。

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an "Internet + Nursing Service" follow-up protocol for total knee replacement patients. Methods This study enrolled 72 patients (n=36) who underwent total knee replacement surgery at our hospital, with a study period from January to June 2024. Participants were randomly divided into two groups (control group and intervention group). The control group received standard follow-up care, while the intervention group adopted an "Internet + Nursing Service" protocol. Comparative analysis was conducted on nursing outcomes between the two groups. Results The intervention group demonstrated significantly higher knee function scores than the control group (P<0.05). Post-intervention self-efficacy measurements showed statistically significant differences (P<0.05), and quality of life scores were also higher in the intervention group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing an "Internet + Nursing Service" follow-up protocol yields excellent results for total knee replacement patients.
