Analysis of the impact of perioperative postural nursing on postoperative hemorrhage and comfort in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy
围手术期体位护理对经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后出血与舒适度的影响分析

摘要

目的 对于围手术期体位护理在经皮肾镜碎石术患者术后出血与舒适度的影响效果进行分析。方法将本院（2024年1月—2024年12月）的80例患者（经皮肾镜碎石术患者）以随机分为两组。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用围手术期体位护理，对比两组患者的术后出血、舒适度与情绪评分。结果 观察组在采用围手术期体位护理后，其术后血色素下降值（17.56±0.73g/L）低于对照组，疼痛评分[术后12h（6.35±1.33）分，术后24h（5.01±0.08）分，术后48h（3.13±0.04）分]、情绪评分[抑郁（4.30±1.14）分，愤怒（3.27±0.26）分，紧张（3.65±0.24）分，精力（8.27±1.69）分，疲乏（6.08±1.45）分，混乱（4.57±1.15）分，总分（28.67±5.24）分]均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 经皮肾镜碎石术患者采用围手术期体位护理效果明显，可有效降低患者术后出血度，提高舒适度，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative postural nursing on postoperative hemorrhage and comfort in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
Methods A total of 80 patients (undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy) in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received perioperative postural nursing. The postoperative hemorrhage, comfort, and emotional scores of the two groups were compared.
Results After adopting perioperative postural nursing, the observation group had a lower postoperative hemoglobin decrease value (17.56±0.73g/L) than the control group. The pain scores [12h after operation (6.35±1.33) points, 24h after operation (5.01±0.08) points, 48h after operation (3.13±0.04) points] and emotional scores [depression (4.30±1.14) points, anger (3.27±0.26) points, tension (3.65±0.24) points, energy (8.27±1.69) points, fatigue (6.08±1.45) points, confusion (4.57±1.15) points, total score (28.67±5.24) points] in the observation group were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative postural nursing has a significant effect on patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy, which can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative hemorrhage and improve comfort, and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
