研究综合心理干预对肾结石患者焦虑抑郁情绪及治疗配合度的作用

摘要

目的 分析综合心理干预对肾结石患者焦虑抑郁情绪及治疗配合度的作用。方法 选择我院2024年1月-2025年1月所接收的50例肾结石患者为研究对象，随机分为研究组（综合心理干预）与对照组（常规护理干预）。结果 1.护理后研究组心理状况评分（33.6±2.1分，40.32±4.43分）优于对照组（P<0.05）；2.护理后研究组坚韧性、自强性、乐观性评分（42.27±6.32、25.12±4.87、12.73±2.17）高于对照组（P<0.05）；3.研究组治疗依从性（96.00%）高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 综合心理干预对肾结石患者焦虑抑郁情绪及治疗配合度的作用效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with kidney calculi and the degree of treatment cooperation.
Methods Fifty patients with kidney calculi in our hospital from January, 2024 to January, 2025 were randomly divided into study group (comprehensive psychological intervention) and control group (routine nursing intervention).
Results 1.After nursing, the psychological status score of the study group (33.6±2.1 points, 40.32±4.43 points) was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). 2. After nursing, the scores of toughness, self-improvement and optimism in the study group (42.27±6.32, 25.12±4.87 and 12.73±2.17) were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); 3. The treatment compliance of the study group (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive psychological intervention has obvious effect on anxiety and depression and treatment cooperation of kidney calculi patients, and it is worth popularizing and applying widely.
