童趣化心理干预护理对小儿支气管哮喘的影响

摘要

目的 分析在小儿支气管哮喘患儿的临床干预中实施童趣化心理干预的实际价值;方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月在我院接受治疗的60例小儿支气管哮喘患儿,根据研究对象匹配性原则作为分组标准,各30例。对照组为常规护理,观察组联合童趣化心理干预护理,比较患儿的负性情绪及医疗配合度变化;结果 干预后,观察组患儿各项负性情绪评分均较低(P<0.05)。观察组患儿干预后的整体医疗配合优良率明显更高(P<0.05);结论 对小儿支气管哮喘患儿采取童趣化心理干预,能够有效缓解患儿的负性情绪,稳定心理状态以配合医疗服务开展,强化医疗配合度,应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of childlike psychological intervention in the clinical intervention of children with bronchial asthma.
Methods 60 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of matching subjects, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given childlike psychological intervention care, and the changes of negative emotions and medical cooperation were compared.
Results After the intervention, all the scores of negative emotions in the observation group were low (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of overall medical cooperation in the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The childlike psychological intervention for children with bronchial asthma can effectively relieve their negative emotions, stabilize their psychological state to cooperate with the development of medical services and strengthen the degree of medical cooperation, which has good application value.
