摘要
目的 探究术前访视在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法 选择我院在2024年1月至2024年12月收治的80例患者进行研究，平均分成对照组和实验组，每组40例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组添加术前访视，对比两组患者的心理状态、应激反应。结果 实验组患者的心理状态优于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者的应激反应，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 在手术室护理工作中开展术前访视，可以改善患者心理状态以及应激状态，促进其恢复，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effects of preoperative visits in operating room nursing care. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for study, with 40 patients in each group (control and experimental). The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received additional preoperative visits. Psychological status and stress responses were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group demonstrated superior psychological status (p<0.05) and better stress response (p<0.05) compared to the control group. Conclusion Implementing preoperative visits in operating room nursing care can improve patients' psychological state and stress management, thereby promoting recovery. This practice is recommended.
