The effect of stage behavior change nursing measures in the nursing of gout patients
阶段行为改变护理措施在痛风患者中作用

摘要

目的 探讨阶段行为改变护理措施应用在痛风患者护理过程中对患者自我管理能力以及生活质量产生的实际影响。方法 选择2024年1月到2024年12月在我院接受治疗的60例痛风患者作为研究案例，采用随机数表法将其分为行为干预组与常规护理组，每组各30例患者。常规护理组实施痛风疾病常规护理服务，行为干预组在常规护理基础上额外开展阶段行为改变护理措施，对比两组护理效果。结果 行为干预组自我管理能力评分高于常规护理组，生活质量评分更高且并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 将阶段行为改变护理措施应用于痛风患者护理中，能有效提升患者自我管理能力与生活质量，同时降低并发症发生概率，具备临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the actual impact the application of stage behavior change nursing measures in the nursing process of gout patients on the self-management ability and quality of life of patients.
Methods 60 cases of out patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as research cases. The random number table method was used to them into a behavioral intervention group and a conventional nursing group, with 30 patients in each group. The conventional nursing group implemented conventional nursing services for gout disease, and behavioral intervention group conducted stage behavior change nursing measures on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The self-management ability score of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional nursing group, with higher quality of life score and lower incidence of complications (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   application of stage behavior change nursing measures in the nursing of gout patients can effectively improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients, while reducing the probability of complications, has the value of clinical promotion and application.
