The impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation level of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery
快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者康复水平的影响

摘要

目的 分析快速康复护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者康复水平的影响。方法 本次研究对象为57例妇科腹腔镜手术患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月。以随机数字表法分为常规组（n=28）及实验组（n=29），其中常规组采取常规护理，实验组采取快速康复护理。对两组护理效果进行评价。结果 与常规组比较，实验组并发症发生率显低（P<0.05），术后恢复时间显短（P<0.05）。结论 对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施快速康复护理，可有效降低并发症发生风险，加快患者术后康复进程，提升患者护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of rapid rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation level of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
Methods The subjects of this study were 57 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Divided into a conventional group (n=28) and an experimental group (n=29) using a random number table method, the conventional group received conventional nursing care, while the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation nursing care. Evaluate the nursing effects of two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05), and the postoperative recovery time was significantly shorter (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can effectively reduce the risk of complications, accelerate the postoperative recovery process, and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
