摘要
目的 探讨部队常见训练伤的处理与康复护理。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间收治的80例部队训练伤患者。对这些患者的训练伤类型进行总结分析，并采取相应的紧急处理、医疗处置以及康复护理措施，观察患者的康复效果。结果 干预后患者的疼痛程度评分为（2.05±0.80）分，低于干预前的疼痛评分（4.55±1.05）分（P＜0.05）；80例患者中，治疗和护理效果治愈的患者有37例、显效有26例、有效有12例、无效为5例，总有效率为93.75%（75/80）。患者的护理满意度为100.00%（80/80），其中满意为44例、基本满意36例。结论 针对不同的部队常见训练伤采取相应的处理措施，能为后续治疗创造良好条件。同时，配合科学的康复护理，有助于改善伤者病情、减轻其疼痛，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective Explore the treatment and rehabilitation nursing of common training injuries in the military. Methods Select 80 military training injury patients admitted between January 2024 and December 2024. Summarize and analyze the types of training injuries of these patients, and take corresponding emergency treatment, medical treatment, and rehabilitation nursing measures to observe the rehabilitation effect of the patients. Results After intervention, the pain score of patients was (2.05±0.80) points, which was lower than the pain score before intervention (4.55±1.05) points (P<0.05). Among the 80 patients, 37 were cured, 26 showed significant improvement, 12 showed improvement, and 5 showed no improvement. The total effective rate was 93.75% (75/80). The satisfaction rate of patients with nursing care was 100.00% (80/80), including 44 cases of satisfaction and 36 cases of basic satisfaction. Conclusion Adopting corresponding treatment measures for common training injuries in different military units can create favorable conditions for subsequent treatment. At the same time, with scientific rehabilitation nursing, it can help improve the condition of the injured and reduce their pain, which has high practical value.
