摘要
目的 分析手术室护士应用积极情绪主题管理模式的价值。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月期间我院手术室在职护士40例，根据不同时间选择2023年1月-2023年12月作为对照组（n=20），选择2024年1月-2024年12月作为观察组（n=20）。其中对照组采取常规护理管理方法，观察组采用积极情绪主题管理模式。对比两组管理效果。结果 观察组护士的各项心理弹性评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05），观察组护士的技能操作、理论知识评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05），观察组护士的各项情绪智力水平评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05），观察组护士的各项职业生涯高原水平评分均比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 对手术室护士实施积极情绪主题管理模式取得明显效果，能显著提高护士的心理弹性和综合能力及情绪智力水平，降低其职业生涯高原水平，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of applying the positive emotion theme management model to operating room nurses. Methods Forty on-the-job nurses in the operating room of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were selected. According to different time periods, January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the control group (n=20), and January 2021 to December 2024 were selected as the observation group (n=20). Among them, the control group adopted the conventional nursing management method, while the observation group adopted the positive emotion theme management model. Compare the management effects of the two groups. Results The scores of all psychological resilience of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of skill operation and theoretical knowledge of the nurses in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of all emotional intelligence levels of the nurses in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of various career plateau levels of nurses in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the positive emotion theme management model for operating room nurses has achieved remarkable results. It can significantly enhance the psychological resilience, comprehensive ability and emotional intelligence level of nurses, reduce their career plateau level, and has high application value.
