Application of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia
综合护理在老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析讨论综合护理在老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果。方法 将本院一年内接收（2024年1月-2024年12月）的64例老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用综合护理，对比两组患者的疼痛评分、心理韧性评分、症状改善时间、生活质量评分。结果 观察组采用综合护理后，其疼痛评分（3.13±0.14分）、心理韧性评分[乐观性（31.24±2.52）分，力量性（28.79±2.57）分，坚韧性（30.17±2.75）分，总分（90.16±5.66）分]、症状改善时间[疼痛缓解时间（4.02±0.23）d，疼痛消失时间（22.51±5.67）d]、生活质量评分[行为能力（79.96±5.82）分，生理功能（78.66±6.33）分，心理功能（82.22±6.45）分，社会功能（85.43±6.30）分]均优于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理在老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果显著，可有效降低患者疼痛感，提升患者心理韧性，促进临床指标恢复，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
Methods 64 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia who were admitted to our hospital within one year (January 2024-December 2024) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. The pain scores, psychological resilience scores, symptom improvement time, and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results After receiving comprehensive nursing care, the observation group had better pain scores (3.13±0.14 points), psychological resilience scores [optimism (31.24±2.52) points, strength (28.79±2.57) points, resilience (30.17±2.75) points, total score (90.16±5.66) points], symptom improvement time [pain relief time (4.02±0.23) days, pain disappearance time (22.51±5.67) days], and quality of life scores [behavioral ability (79.96±5.82) points, physiological function (78.66±6.33) points, psychological function (82.22±6.45) points, social function (85.43±6.30) points] than the control group. The inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application effect of comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia is significant, which can effectively reduce patients' pain, improve their psychological resilience, promote the recovery of clinical indicators, and improve their quality of life.
