摘要
目的 分析在自然分娩初产妇产房护理中应用音乐催眠护理联合无痛分娩的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2024年12月内就诊的初产妇100例以区组随机法分50例对照组无痛分娩护理，50例观察组增加音乐催眠护理。对比两组初产妇各项产程时间、对比两组初产妇的分娩结局。结果 观察组产妇产程时间低于对照组，且观察组自然分娩人数高于对照组，经阴道助产以及中转剖宫产的概率低于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 自然分娩初产妇产房护理中应用音乐催眠护理联合无痛分娩可缩短产程，加速胎儿降生和提高自然分娩概率，降低阴道助产和中转剖宫产所造成的预后障碍。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medical value of using music hypnosis nursing combined with painless delivery in the care of primiparous women during natural childbirth. Methods 100 primiparous women who received medical treatment between January 2022 and December 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases) receiving painless delivery care and an observation group (50 cases) receiving music hypnosis care. Compare the duration of various stages of labor between two groups of primiparous women, and compare the delivery outcomes between the two groups of primiparous women; Results The delivery time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the number of natural deliveries in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The probability of vaginal delivery and cesarean section was lower than that of the control group, and the comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of music hypnosis nursing combined with painless delivery in the delivery room nursing of primiparous women with natural delivery can shorten the delivery process, accelerate fetal birth, increase the probability of natural delivery, and reduce the prognostic obstacles caused by vaginal delivery and cesarean section.
