A study on comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of patients with spinal fractures
综合护理在脊柱骨折患者围手术期中的研究

摘要

目的 探讨研究综合护理在脊柱骨折患者围手术期中的效果。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2025年5月期间收治80例脊柱骨折患者作为研究对象，患者例数按照随机数字表模式分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。根据护理模式不同，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理。并对比两组疼痛情况（VAS评分）、临床指标（手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间）、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者在手术时间、住院时间以及下床活动时间等相关临床指标显著缩短，在VAS评分和并发症发生率降低，护理满意度得到显著提升，均优质于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 综合护理能有效缩短脊柱骨折患者围手术期相关临床指标时间，并减轻患者疼痛状况，降低并发症风险，提高满意度，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in the perioperative period of patients with spinal fractures.
Methods Eighty patients with spinal fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to May 2025 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 40 cases in each group. According to the different nursing models, the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. The pain status (VAS score), clinical indicators (operation time, hospital stay, time to ambulation), incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The clinical indicators such as operation time, hospital stay, and time to ambulation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The VAS scores and incidence of complications were lower, and nursing satisfaction was significantly improved in the observation group compared to the control group. All these differences were statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing can effectively shorten the time of relevant clinical indicators, alleviate pain, reduce the risk of complications, and improve satisfaction in patients with spinal fractures during the perioperative period, demonstrating value for clinical promotion and application.
