摘要
目的 讨论及研究妊娠期糖尿病护理中应用PBL式健康宣教的效果。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为60例,时间为2024年4月份至2025年4月份,平均分成对照组和实验组,每组30例患者,对照组患者常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上提供PBL式健康宣教,对比两组患者干预前后的血糖水平、妊娠结局以及自我管理能力(依据ESCA量表评估患者的自我管理能力)。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后,实验组患者的血糖水平优于对照组,p<0.05,分析患者的妊娠结局,实验组患者优于对照组,p<0.05,对比患者自我管理能力,实验组显佳,p<0.05。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者护理过程中开展PBL式健康宣教,可以改善患者的血糖水平,改善其妊娠结局,提升患者的自我管理能力,值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of PBL-style health education in the nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this study from April 2024 to April 2025, evenly divided into a control group and an experimental group (30 patients each). The control group received standard nursing care, while the experimental group received PBL-style health education in addition to standard care. Comparative analysis was conducted on blood glucose levels, pregnancy outcomes, and self-management abilities (assessed using the ESCA scale) before and after intervention. Results After receiving different interventions, the experimental group demonstrated significantly better blood glucose levels than the control group (p<0.05). Pregnancy outcomes showed statistically significant superiority in the experimental group (p<0.05), and self-management abilities were markedly better in the experimental group (p<0.05). Conclusion Implementing PBL-style health education in the nursing care of GDM patients can effectively improve blood glucose levels, optimize pregnancy outcomes, and enhance self-management capabilities, making it a recommended practice.
