The effect of personalized nursing on improving the nursing satisfaction of patients in the nephrology, rheumatology and immunology department
个性化护理对提升肾病风湿免疫科患者护理满意度的效果

摘要

目的 探讨个性化护理对提升肾病风湿免疫科患者护理满意度的效果。方法：选择于2024年1月-2024年12月内肾病风湿免疫科收治的患者80例，运用随机数字表法进行分成两组：对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40），其中对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采用个性化护理。对两组患者的护理满意度、心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）评分及生活质量评分进行对比和评估。结果 两组干预前的焦虑、抑郁评分比较，无明显差异（P＞0.05），观察组与对照组干预后相比，观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均比对照组更低（P＜0.05），生活质量评分、护理满意度均比对照组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对肾病风湿免疫科患者实施个性化护理取得明显效果，有助于显著改善患者的心理状态，提升患者的生活质量水平，提高患者对护理工作的满意度，在临床实践中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on improving nursing satisfaction among patients with kidney disease, rheumatism, and immunology.
Methods Eighty patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology, Rheumatology and Immunology from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table: a control group (n=40) and an observation group (n=40). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received personalized nursing care. Compare and evaluate the nursing satisfaction, psychological status (anxiety, depression) scores, and quality of life scores of two groups of patients.
Results There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Personalized nursing for patients with kidney disease, rheumatism, and immunology has achieved significant results, helping to significantly improve their psychological state, enhance their quality of life, and increase their satisfaction with nursing work. It has high application value in clinical practice.
