耳穴压豆治疗肛肠术后疼痛的护理探讨

摘要

目的 探究耳穴压豆在肛肠术后疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年1月-6月期间，在本院肛肠科接受手术治疗的150例患者作为本次研究对象。基于不同模式的差异，采用随机数字表法进行分组。对照组实施肛肠术后常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上增加耳穴压豆护理。比较两组疼痛评分、疼痛缓解时间以及护理满意度。结果 观察组在疼痛评分上均低于对照组；疼痛缓解时间短于对照组；相较于对照组，观察组护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆能有效减轻肛肠术后患者的疼痛程度、缩短疼痛缓解时间，同时提升护理满意度，且操作安全、无创，值得在临床肛肠术后疼痛护理中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of ear acupressure in pain care after anal and rectal surgery.
Methods 150 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the Colorectal Department of our hospital from January to June 2025 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the differences in different modes, the random number table method is used for grouping. The control group received routine postoperative care for anorectal surgery, while the observation group received additional ear acupressure care on top of routine care. Compare the pain scores, pain relief time, and nursing satisfaction between two groups.
Results The observation group had lower pain scores than the control group; The pain relief time was shorter than that of the control group; Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Ear acupressure can effectively reduce the pain level and shorten the pain relief time of patients after anal and rectal surgery, while improving nursing satisfaction. The operation is safe and non-invasive, and it is worth promoting and applying in clinical anal and rectal postoperative pain care.
