Application of acupoint massage in preventing postpartum urinary retention
穴位按摩在预防产后尿潴留中的应用研究

摘要

目的 探析穴位按摩在预防产后尿潴留中的实际成效。方法 将2025年1月-2025年6月我院接收的120例产妇纳入此次研究，使用“鱼缸”法将样本分为对照组（采取平产后常规护理）和观察组（在产后常规护理基础上，产后2-4h增加穴位按摩），各60例。比较两组产妇的临床相关指标、自我效能及尿潴留发生率。结果 观察组的首次排尿时间短于对照组，首次排尿量多于对照组，产后24h出血量少于对照组，且自我效能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的尿潴留发生率明显更低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 穴位按摩能有效缩短产后首次排尿时间，增加首次排尿量，减少产后出血量，提高产妇的自我效能，降低尿潴留发生率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the practical effect of acupoint massage in preventing postpartum urinary retention.
Methods 120 postpartum women admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to June 2025 were included in this study. The samples were divided into a control group (receiving routine postpartum care) and an observation group (receiving acupoint massage 2-4 hours after delivery in addition to routine postpartum care) using the "fish tank" method, with 60 cases in each group. The clinical related indexes, self-efficacy and incidence of urinary retention of the two groups were compared.
Results The first urination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the first urination volume was greater than that of the control group, the postpartum 24-hour bleeding volume was less than that of the control group, and the self-efficacy score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Acupoint massage can effectively shorten the time of first urination after delivery, increase the amount of first urination, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, improve the self-efficacy of puerpera, and reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
