摘要
目的 调查揭示结直肠癌造口患者的护理依赖基本现状，并揭示其影响因素。方法 选取某医院164例结直肠癌造口患者作为研究对象，通过发放调查问卷，统计测算结直肠癌造口患者护理依赖基本现状与相关影响因素。结果 结直肠癌造口患者的护理依赖总得分测算数据值为48.00（24.50）。结直肠癌造口患者的护理依赖水平与付费方式具备相关性。结论 结直肠癌造口患者对护理存在部分依赖性，居住地因素、人均月收入因素与付款方式因素对护理依赖水平具备影响作用。

Abstract
Objective To investigate and reveal the basic status of nursing dependence in patients with colorectal cancer stoma, and to reveal its influencing factors. Methods 164 patients with colorectal cancer stoma in a certain hospital were selected as the research subjects. By distributing a survey questionnaire, the basic status of nursing dependence and related influencing factors of colorectal cancer stoma patients were statistically calculated. Results The total score of nursing dependence for patients with colorectal cancer stoma was calculated to be 48.00 (24.50). There is a correlation between the level of nursing dependence and payment methods for patients with colorectal cancer stoma. Conclusion Colorectal cancer stoma patients have partial dependence on nursing care, and factors such as place of residence, per capita monthly income, and payment method have an impact on the level of nursing dependence.
