Significance of a needs-guided diversified nursing model in patients with autoimmune encephalitis
多元化需求指导下的护理模式在自身免疫性脑炎患者中的意义

摘要

目的 探讨分析多元化需求指导下的护理模式在自身免疫性脑炎患者中的意义。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2025年5月期间收治80例自身免疫性脑炎患者作为研究对象，患者的例数按照随机数字表模式分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。根据护理模式不同，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则是在常规护理基础上增加多元化需求指导下的护理模式。对比两组患者认知功能（（MMSE评分）、康复依从性（规律服药、合理进食、规律作息、按时锻炼、定期复查）、生活质量（SF-36评分）以及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组患者认知功能评分、康复依从性、生活质量评分及护理满意度均得到提升和改善，均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论 采用多元化需求指导下的护理模式可以有效改善自身免疫性脑炎患者的认知功能，从而提升康复依从性和生活质量，其还能够提高护理满意度，具有临床推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the significance of a needs-guided diversified nursing model in patients with autoimmune encephalitis.
Methods Eighty patients with autoimmune encephalitis admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and May 2025 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 40 cases in each group. Based on the nursing model, the control group received routine care, while the observation group received the needs-guided diversified nursing model in addition to routine care. The cognitive function (MMSE score), rehabilitation compliance (including regular medication, reasonable diet, regular), quality of life (SF-36 score), and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing, the observation group showed improvements in cognitive function scores, rehabilitation compliance, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction. These outcomes were superior to those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The application of the needs-guided diversified nursing model can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with autoimmune encephalitis, thereby enhancing their rehabilitation compliance and quality of life. It also increases nursing satisfaction, demonstrating value for clinical promotion and application.
