Observation on the application effect of seamless nursing management in the hospital transfer of emergency critically ill patients
无缝隙护理管理在急诊危重患者院内转运交接中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 为更好的保障急诊危重患者生命安全，减少不良事件发生，提升急诊护理质量，对无缝隙护理管理在急诊危重患者院内转运交接中的应用效果进行探究。方法 择取2024年1月-2024年12月在本院就诊的急诊危重患者中的60例为研究对象，随机分组，对照组（30例）采用常规护理管理，观察组（30例）采用无缝隙护理管理，从转运时间、交接时间、不良事件发生率、患者满意度展开数据研究。结果 观察组患者转运时间、交接时间明显短于对照组，不良事件发生率更低，患者满意度更高，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 无缝隙护理管理在急诊危重患者院内转运交接中的应用效果显著，有效保障急诊危重患者生命安全，减少不良事件发生，建议推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To better ensure the safety of emergency critically ill patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and enhance the quality of emergency nursing care, this study explores the application effect of seamless nursing management in the intra-hospital transfer and handover of emergency critically ill patients.
Methods Sixty emergency critically ill patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (30 cases) receiving conventional nursing management and an observation group (30 cases) receiving seamless nursing management. Data analysis was conducted on transfer time, handover time, incidence of adverse events, and patient satisfaction.
Results Patients in the observation group had significantly shorter transfer and handover times, a lower incidence of adverse events, and higher patient satisfaction compared to those in the control group (P<0.05), indicating statistical significance.
Conclusion   The application of seamless nursing management in the intra-hospital transfer and handover of emergency critically ill patients has achieved significant results, effectively ensuring the safety of these patients and reducing the occurrence of adverse events. It is recommended for wider application.
