The role of continuity of care services in patients with urinary tract stones undergoing postoperative placement of double-J tubes
延续性护理服务在泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者中的作用

摘要

目的 深入观察延续性护理服务在泌尿系统结石术后留置双J管患者中的应用效果。方法 择选2024年1月至2025年1月为研究开展期限，纳入该时段院内泌尿科收治的泌尿系统结石术后患者（留置双J管）为研究依据，归纳人数70例，遵循“奇偶分组原则”，采用数字表划分法进行组间安排，每组归入35例，分别命名为参照组与研究组，同时开展不同形式的护理干预策略，即参照组行常规护理，研究组在上述基础上增加延续性护理。而后对相关数据展开收集整理，对不同护理方案下的疗效作用实施评价比对，阐述说明。比对数据包括：并发症发生率、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果 两组相比较、两种护理方案相比较，研究组收获效果更加显著，以各项指标均优的表现将试验价值呈现（P＜0.05），值得探讨。结论 对于泌尿系统结石术后留置双J管的患者而言，在其临床护理方案的横向选择中，建议优先采用联合干预模式，即常规护理+延续性护理，一方面能有效降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量，同时还可极大增加护患间友谊，提高患者对护理工作的满意程度。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of continuity of care services in patients with urinary system stones who have been placed with double-J tubes after surgery.
Methods The period from January 2024 to January 2025 was selected as the research period, and postoperative patients with urinary system stones (with double J tubes) admitted to the urology department of the hospital during this period were included as the research basis. A total of 70 cases were summarized, and the "odd even grouping principle" was followed. The number table division method was used for inter group arrangement, with 35 cases in each group, named as the reference group and the research group, respectively. Different forms of nursing intervention strategies were also carried out, namely, the reference group received routine nursing care, and the research group added continuity nursing on the basis of the above. Then collect and organize relevant data, evaluate and compare the therapeutic effects of different nursing plans, and explain them. The comparison data includes: incidence of complications, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction.
Results Compared with the two groups and the two nursing plans, the study group achieved more significant results, presenting the experimental value with excellent performance in all indicators (P<0.05), which is worth exploring.
Conclusion   For patients with urinary system stones who undergo postoperative placement of double-J tubes, it is recommended to prioritize the use of a combined intervention model in the horizontal selection of clinical nursing plans, namely routine nursing+continuity nursing. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients, and on the other hand, it can greatly increase nurse patient friendship and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
